By purchasing from Alxier Handcrafted Designs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our ordering, shipping, and return policies as outlined on our Policies & FAQs page, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

1. Processing & Custom Orders
  • Custom and made-to-order items are processed and completed in the order they are received.
  • If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
Order Details

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting their order. Alxier is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, dates, or other personalized information.

To ensure your item is made to your exact specifications, please provide complete and accurate details at checkout, including (if applicable):

  • Color
  • Name or personalization text
  • Font style
  • Any additional preferences

Because every item is handcrafted to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Proof Approval

For eligible custom orders, a digital proof may be provided before production begins. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, colors, layout, and personalization details.

By approving your proof, you confirm that all spelling, dates, layout, colors, sizing (when applicable), and personalization details are correct. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and Alxier is not responsible for errors contained in the approved proof.

2. Final Sale & Refund Policy
  • All custom and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE.
  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

We are always happy to help resolve any issues related to errors on our part.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging when contacting us. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact me immediately at hello@alxier.com with your full name and order number.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Handmade Disclaimer

All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance based on materials and production methods. Minor imperfections are normal and part of the unique, handmade nature of our products. While we strive for high quality, no two items are exactly alike.

4. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
  • Product photos are taken in natural light and edited to best represent the item in person.
  • Due to variations in screens, monitors, and lighting, colors may appear slightly different than in real life.
5. Product Use Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to use products as intended. Products are handcrafted using a variety of materials and equipment. Customers with severe material sensitivities should contact us before placing an order.

6. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
  • Processing times vary by product. Please refer to the estimated processing time listed on each product page. Processing estimates do not include shipping time. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Shipping Method
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.
  • Once an order is placed, address changes are not permitted.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
    • If I notice an incomplete or invalid shipping address before your order ships, I’ll contact you by email to verify it before processing your order.
    • If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded
Wrong Address After Shipment
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address become the buyer’s responsibility.
  • You may contact USPS to request an address change or package intercept (fees may apply).
  • If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product only (shipping costs are non-refundable). A new order must be placed.
Tracking
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.
Delivery Times
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.
7. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
  • Once a tracking number is issued, the package is in the possession of USPS.
  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received, please allow 3–4 days as carriers may mark packages delivered early during high-volume periods.
Lost Packages
  • If USPS confirms the package is lost, request a written confirmation and forward it to hello@alxier.com
  • Lost packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Alxier Handcrafted Design is not responsible for packages lost by USPS. Buyers may be required to file a claim directly with USPS.
Damage, Theft, or Misdelivery

All delivery issues must be handled through USPS:

  • No orders will be shipped until payment has fully cleared.

11. Copyright

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, or copyrighted material they submit. Alxier reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe on intellectual property rights.

12. Portfolio & Product Photography

By placing an order with Alxier Handcrafted Designs, you acknowledge and agree that photographs of the completed product may be taken and used in our portfolio and on our website, social media, Etsy shop, and other marketing or promotional materials.

We will never share your personal contact information or identify you as the purchaser without your permission. Please note that personalized elements intentionally incorporated into the design—such as names, dates, logos, or custom artwork—may be visible in portfolio photographs.

Certain commercial, organizational, military, school, or business projects may also be photographed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before production begins.

By placing an order with Alxier Handcrafted Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Portfolio & Product Photography policy.

13. Age

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

14. Product Use & Liability

Products sold by Alxier LLC, operating as Alxier Handcrafted Designs, are intended to be used only for their stated or reasonably intended purpose. Customers are responsible for following all care, safety, application, and use instructions provided with the product.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Alxier products are not intended as toys or for use by infants, toddlers, or children.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alxier LLC is not responsible for injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper installation or application, alteration of the product, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of the product for an unintended purpose.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
