By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our ordering, shipping, and return policies as outlined on our Policies & FAQs page, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
1. Processing & Custom Orders
- All items are custom-made and completed in the order they are received.
- If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
- Processing time does not include shipping time. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
Order Details
To ensure your item is made to your exact specifications, please provide complete and accurate details at checkout, including (if applicable):
- Color
- Name or personalization text
- Font style
- Any additional preferences
Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
2. Final Sale & Refund Policy
- All custom and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE.
- No refunds or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be processed due to misuse by the buyer.
We are always happy to help resolve any issues related to errors on our part.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us immediately at hello@alxier.com with your full name and order number.
- If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Handmade Disclaimer
All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance based on materials and production methods. Minor imperfections are normal and part of the unique, handmade nature of our products. While we strive for high quality, no two items are exactly alike.
4. Color & Photo Disclaimer
- Product photos are taken in natural light and edited to best represent the item in person.
- Due to variations in screens, monitors, and lighting, colors may appear slightly different than in real life.
5. Product Use Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to use products as intended. While we take great care in our production process, we cannot guarantee a 100% cross-contamination-free environment for all materials
6. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Please allow 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Method
- Orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.
- Once an order is placed, address changes are not permitted.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
- We will place the order on hold for up to 2 business days and attempt to contact you by email.
- If no response is received, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Wrong Address After Shipment
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address become the buyer’s responsibility.
- You may contact USPS to request an address change or package intercept (fees may apply).
- If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product only (shipping costs are non-refundable). A new order must be placed.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.
Delivery Times
- Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on location.
7. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Once a tracking number is issued, the package is in the possession of USPS.
- If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received, please allow 3–4 days as carriers may mark packages delivered early during high-volume periods.
Lost Packages
- If USPS confirms the package is lost, request a written confirmation and forward it to hello@alxier.com
- Lost packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Alxier Handcrafted Design is not responsible for packages lost by USPS. Buyers may be required to file a claim directly with USPS.

8. Payment Policy
- No orders will be shipped until payment has fully cleared.
