Terms and conditions

By purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

ProcesseS

  • All items are custom-made and will be completed in the order they are received. If you require a product by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.


  • Keep in mind that processing time does not account for shipping time. Plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery of your order!


  • We stand by our policy that all orders are nonrefundable and all sales are final once the order is placed. Thank you for your understanding and support!


  • Once your order has been placed, we want to ensure that each item is customized to your exact specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.


  • Please provide specific details about the color (if applicable), name (if applicable), font (if applicable), and any other preferences for your item. Changes cannot be made after the order is placed.


  • Once your order has been placed, we want to ensure that each item is customized to your exact specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

DISCLAIMER

  • Photos are taken in natural light and edited to show the best possible image that the color looks like in person. Due to the multiple variations of screens, monitors, and lighting sources, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is accurate.


  • It's the customer's responsibility to use the product correctly once in their hands. We cannot guarantee 100% cross-contamination free, although we work very hard to prevent this.


  • Our products are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, all sales are final.


  • All custom items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.


  • Refunds and exchanges will NOT be processed because of misuse by the buyer.


  • Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to fix it.


  • Once the item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact us if there is any problem with your item by an error ON OUR PART. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. If this is the case, the item will be fixed at no charge. However, the buyer will be responsible for shipping.


  • All items are handcrafted and may vary in style based on the materials and supplies used. They may also have minimal imperfections as no two items are the same. While we aim to produce high-quality products, please be aware that these are handmade items and may not be perfect.

Cancellations Policy

  • Once your order has been placed, we want to ensure that each item is customized to your exact specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Shipping Policy

  • Your order is important to us, and we want to ensure it's perfect. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to carefully process your order before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait for you to experience the quality of our products!


  • We ship all orders via USPS (US Postal Service) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends."


  • Once an order is placed, address changes are not permitted for our mutual protection. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered.


  • If the wrong address has been entered and your order has not been shipped, your order will be canceled and refunded. You will then need to place a new order with the correct address. We will contact the buyer via email if the address on the order is incomplete and place the order on hold for two business days. If the buyer does not respond within this time frame, the order will be canceled and refunded.


  • Orders shipped with the wrong address became the buyer's responsibility. Contact USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the USPS website. The buyer is responsible for the fees charged.


  • If USPS is unable to change the address and ship the package back to us, the order will be refunded and canceled once the package is delivered. You will need to place a new order. The refund will only be issued once the returned package is received, and it will only include the product price; shipping costs will not be refunded.


  • No orders will be shipped until payment has been cleared.


  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.


  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-7 days after shipping.


  • "If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If it's not there, please email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact alxier.hd@gmail.com or visit our FAQ page. Please make sure to include your full name and order number for faster service."


  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com or 1-800-275-8777.


  • If a shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" but has not been received, please wait a few days as sometimes packages are marked as delivered when the postal service is very busy. If the package still hasn't arrived after 3-4 days, please contact USPS. If USPS informs you that the package is lost, ask them to send you an email confirming this. Once you have the email from USPS stating that the shipment is lost, please forward it to alxier.hd@gmail.com  and we will work to resolve the issue.


  • Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.


  • Lost packages will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Please email us for help if you have not received your order and it's been over two weeks. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.
